
At BREAKAWAY Sport and CrossFit BREAKAWAY, you will be introduced to truely Functional Fitness. At our facility each person will train body movements and not body parts. Our programs will include prehabilitative exercises, core exercises, Olympic lifts, plyometrics, traditional strength training, agility, and flexibility. Each program is designed to be progressive and once a skill set is learned and then reinforced, the person can move on to the next progression. We will take time to develop each athlete so their bodies are balanced and any imbalances that are detected will be corrected. Our programs will get you ready for the sport, activity or lifestyle you desire.
